While St. Francis Xavier Shrine is temporarily closed for foundation repairs and restroom upgrades, there are still plenty of ways to get involved, from indoor and outdoor volunteer opportunities to annual events.

Wine & Wreath Making is a fun and festive way to support OBHS, meet neighbors, and kick off the Christmas season. Held each November, participants are invited to create holiday wreaths using locally sourced holly, boxwood, pine, magnolia leaves, and more. All materials are included in the fee, and friendly volunteers guide participants through each step. Proceeds benefit the Old Bohemia Historical Society’s annual fund.

We look forward to re-opening the church when the work is completed so that we may once again welcome guests for Mass, educational tours, and weddings.
